Your "studio" (or perhaps, just you) is part of how we organize your works on the site. If you have an actual company or non-profit that owns your work, that's what you should be describing here. If it is just you, however, it's OK to just enter your name and be done with this form.

CountryThe country in which you legally operate.

You don't have to provide a logo, so don't worry if your studio is just you and you don't have a logo. But if you have one, we may include it in places on the site where we talk about all the works by your studio. It can thus help with your studio branding.

This section provides quick access to the projects associated with this studio. You may access all projects via the Projects menu.

    Social Media

We may embed links to your social media where appropriate in the web site and our various applications. If you have relevant social media associated with your studio, provide them here.

    Studio Team

You may add and remove individuals who should be able to manage all projects associated with this studio. When you add people, an invitation is sent to them with an invitation code that they must first accept before gaining access to the Creator Studio. You may not remove your own access.

Let's get started with the basic information about your work. That starts with knowing what the primary spoken language in your work and then describing the work in that language. We'll help you translate important information any other languages supported on our site.

Main LanguageThe language that occurs most frequently in the show.
Country of OriginThe primary country from which the creative team comes. If multiple countries, specify the country of the primary producer.
Original ContentDid we help fund the creation of this content?
Exclusive ContentAre we the only site on which you can find this content?

TIP: When you enter list values like the actors in this form, you should separate items in the list with a COMMA: item 1, item 2, item 3

    Translations

We've done an initial pass of translating the information you entered into the languages we support. If you speak any of these languages, review the translation to make sure it reflects your wishes. In particular, you may not want the title translated at all. If a translation does not yet exist, you can leave all fields except the title blank and we'll generate a machine translation for you.

Help viewers find your content by providing rich classification meta-data. The site enables viewers to filter works along all the dimensions specified in this section. Your objective should be to specify between one-to-three answers for each item, if applicable.

GenresOne to three genres under which the show should be classified.
Content WarningsContent warnings help viewers find content suitable to their tastes and avoid content that is either inappropriate or triggering for them.
PerspectivesPerspectives identify the perspective from which the story is being told—the writers, the directors, etc.
ThemesSelect the themes that should associated with the show.

We require a lot of different posters and other image assets both to best display your content to viewers, but also to help us market your content. Keep in mind that we are displaying your content in web browsers, mobile devices, and set-top devices—all of which have different display requirements.

The core video asset for a music video is, obviously, the music video. If we require other types of videos to help promote and market your music video, however, you can provide it here.

The only video assets you need to provide right here are the core promotional assets for the series itself. Use the Seasons tab to upload episodes and supplemental content.

Upload your film and a trailer as well as any other promotional videos we might use in promoting your film

You have not yet set up your first season for this series.

This form enables you to manage the availability of your project. You first specify here the date when you want the show page to appear on the site. In general, that date is the same date as the first episode or first set of episodes. On the other hand, you can have separate launch dates for your show versus the episodes. What approach you take depends on your promotional strategy. The launch date on this page simply reflects when the page becomes available. You control episode launch dates when you configure your seasons.

This form allows you to define when you want the page for this show to appear on the platform. You may also provide an alternate date for the content itself. This split enables you to have a "Coming Soon" page on the site.

This is the current status of the project. If you make it inactive, you will take this project and all of its content offline.
Target Launch DateThe date on which you would like this show to begin rolling out. We will alter this date to reflect the larger calendar for the site.
Scheduled LaunchThe date when this film, series, or video is scheduled to appear on the public web site. Seasons and episodes may have different dates.
Launch DateThis is the date when this project went live on our platform.

    Social Media

We may embed links to your social media where appropriate in the web site and our various applications. If you have relevant social media associated with your project, provide them here.

    Geo Blocking

"Geo Blocking" is the process of restricting access to your content based on where a viewer is located. We recommend that you do not use geo blocking because it negatively impacts the viewer experience.

Sometimes, however, you have contractual obligations that require your content not be on our platform in certain regions. This tool enables you to fulfill those obligations. We use two different geo IP databases and these databases are constantly updated. When they disagree, we err in favoring of allowing access.

Our rules are divided into two core types of rules: "require" and "deny" rules. We also have "allow" rules so you may define exceptions.

The "require" rules mandate that a viewer must come from a specific region. The "deny" rules prevent access for viewers from a specific region. Finally, the "allow" rules say that, "Even if this viewer is from this larger region that is denied access, let them have access if they come from this smaller region."

    Integrations

This section is where you set up our platform to talk to external systems. Some of these options may require some technical background to implement.

    Google Analytics

You can get viewer analytics on your project through our portal, but we also support the ability to send analytics to Google for deeper processing. We use the older UA Google Analytics and not the newer kind. If you have a Google Analytics account, Google will let you choose between either the new and the old. Pick the old and enter your UA number below.

For a season of a series to appear on the platform, you need to define a launch strategy along with a target launch date. The launch strategy helps in the scheduling of when individual episodes go live, but those dates can be manually changed and all "go live" decisions are subject to approval.

Is the season currently available to the public? For an episode to be live, the episode, the season, and the project all must be either "Public" or "Pay-per-view".
This governs how episodes will be launched for the season. We recommend weekly.
Target Launch DateThe date on which you would like this season to begin rolling out. We will alter this date to reflect the larger calendar for the site.
Scheduled LaunchThe date when this season is scheduled to appear on the public web site. Episodes may have different dates.

Provide the basic information about this episode. Perhaps the most difficult fields are the TV Rating and Content Warnings fields. These are important fields in terms of helping platforms like Apple TV and Roku make sure inappropriate content is not promoted to children. Even content aimed at children almost always has a content warning or two.

Primary LanguageThis is the language most commonly spoken in this episode, which, of course, may be different than the primary language for the series as a whole.
Country of ProductionThe country where this episode was produced. If produced in multiple countries, select the primary country of production.
Content WarningsAll content requires warnings. These warnings help individuals identify content that may offend them, trigger them, or simply isn't appropriate to their level of maturity. Even kids shows should have warnings that describe what kind of content is present. Note that "Adult Content" does not mean "pornographic"; it means that it contains subject matter relevant to adult life and may not be relatable for children.

We've done an initial pass of translating the information you entered into the languages we support. If a translation does not yet exist, you can leave all fields except the title blank and we'll generate a machine translation for you.

This section describes the availability of this episode inside our platform and elsewhere. The "World Premiere" date is what shows in your episode description, while the target launch date describes when you'd like the episode to launch in our platform. If you are letting the system automatically schedule episodes based on a launch strategy, you can safely ignore the target launch date.

Scheduled LaunchThe date when this episode is scheduled to appear on the public web site.
Launch DateThe date when this episode became available to viewers on this platform.

Target AmountThe amount of money you are trying to raise for your campaign.
Start DateThis is the date you start accepting funds on your crowdfunding page.
End DateThis is the date when the campaign is over. We will stop promoting the campaign at the end of the day on this date.

This section describes the availability of this episode inside our platform and elsewhere. The "World Premiere" date is what shows in your episode description, while the target launch date describes when you'd like the episode to launch in our platform.
