Your "studio" (or perhaps, just you) is part of how we organize your works on the site. If you have an actual company or non-profit that owns your work, that is what you should be describing here. If it is just you, however, it is OK to just enter your name and be done with this form.

If your studio is a legally organized company or non-profit, enter the legal name here. Otherwise, enter your individual name.
This is the name of your studio as you wish it to appear on our site. It does not have the be the name of a real entity.
Country of Operation The country of operation is the country in which your bank account is located. Before we can do any form of revenue sharing, you will have to satisfy the "Know Your Customer" requirements for this country.

While you do not need to provide any of the assets described here, it can make your brand pop on the web site more if you provide us with a logo.

Studio Logo
Studio Logo The logo can have any dimensions, but the ideal logo is squarish with a transparent background. Dimensions: Any Media Types: PNG, WebP

To participate in revenue sharing, you must first configure a seller account and provide your banking information. We use Stripe for all ecommerce transactions, including revenue sharing. We do not handle credit card information or store it, and your banking information resides securely within Stripe. We do not have the ability to retrieve any of this information, and any potential compromise of our systems will not expose this data to hackers.

There are two parts to configuring your seller information. The first is to complete the legal requirements for "Know Your Customer" for your country. Until you take this step, we cannot process transactions on your behalf.

The second step is to provide your banking information so we can automatically send you your payments. Though we can process transactions on your behalf without the banking information, we obviously cannot send you payments.

The seller ID is an internal identifier we use to represent your seller account. It can be useful in helping us provide support, but otherwise serves no other function.
The payment account is your identifier in Stripe. It helps us coordinate activity in our system with Stripe.
Your bank and the last few numbers of your bank account. This is the only information Stripe provides us about your bank account so that you can readily identify which bank account you have associated with your seller account.
Until payments are enabled, we cannot accept any payments on your behalf. To enable payments, you will need to click the button below to configure your seller information in Stripe.
Though payments may be enabled, we cannot actually send you money until payouts are enabled. To enable payouts, click the button for configuring banking information below.
If you are missing any specific requirements from Stripe, they will be listed here.

Please provide the core information for your project. When you created the project, we pre-filled the logline and synopsis with your project title and automatically translated those values into the other languages we support. You should change the logline and synopsis to more meaningful values and review any translations if you know those languages. It is common and perfectly acceptable to not translate your title.

What is the primary language of the content? creators:HELP_Project_Language
What is the title of your project as you are marketing it? Even though the prompt is asking for the title in the project's primary language, the title can be in any language at all. Typically, of course, it is in the primary language of your content. Whether or not you translate your title into other languages or market the project under the same title in all languages is entirely up to you. If you market the project using the same title in all language, you must override our translations below.
Your logline is a ONE TO TWO sentence summary of what the project is about. It should be translated for all supported languages and should be different from both the title and synopsis.
The synopsis is a one to two PARAGRAPH description of the story for this project. It should be translated for all supported languages and should differ both from the title and the logline.
Did we help produce this project? If we commissioned this project, helped fund it, or helped produce it, select "Yes". Otherwise, select "No".
Is this project exclusively on this platform? Is this content exclusive to our platform? Answer "Yes" even if the exclusivity is a limited-duration exclusivity. Change it to "No" if the exclusivity changes.
Date of First Publication On what date did this project first appear anywhere? Leave blank if our platform is serving as your launch platform.
Country of Origin In what country was this content physically produced?

    Translations

We automatically translate your title, logline, and synopsis into all of the languages we support. You should definitely review the title because many creators prefer their title to be the same in all languages. If you speak any of the supported languages, it is also a good idea to review the translations and make any tweaks. If you change the text in the original language, simply "clear out" the translation and the system will re-translate that text.

Help us categorize your project so that we can make it easier for viewers and search engines to discover your work.

Particular attention should be paid to content warnings. All shows come with content warnings, even shows aimed at children. Careful selection of content warnings help parents manage the viewing habits of their children as well as help people who have been subject to specific traumas avoid content not suitable to their situation.

Genres Type in the name of each genre and select the appropriate match from the results. You can add as many genres as is appropriate, but we recommend no more than three.
Similar Shows One way viewers discover new shows is to search for shows they already know and see if anything interesting comes up. If there are shows on other platforms or in theaters that have similarities to this project, type in the name of the show and click "Add". You may add as many shows as you like, but we recommend limiting the list to five shows.
Content Warnings ALL content requires some content warnings. These warnings are not simply about warning parents about sex, violence, or bad words; they help everyone understand what kind of experience to expect when viewing this project. In particular, it can help people who have experienced specific traumas better prepare for viewing this project.
Perspectives A perspective is a lense of cultural experience through which a story is being told. If the writers or directors of this project are telling a story through a particular cultural lense, select the perspectives that are appropriate.
Themes Does your project reflect one or more of our core themes? If so, select which ones match your project.

Specify the cast and crew for this project as their credits should appear online. Our search functionality also enables viewers to search for content based on the names of your cast and crew, so it is helpful to the discoverability of your project if you enter as much information as possible.

This tab is where you upload all videos except for those videos associated with specific seasons of episodic projects.

Because this project is episodic, your project should be organized into episodes of a "season". This structure applies even if your project is a mini-series or other kind of single-season series.

Add new seasons and configure the episodes in this tab.

The "label" is a kind of title. In most cases, the label is simply "Season 1" or "Series 1". On occasion, especially with anthology series, a season might have a title that helps it stand out from other seasons.
Provide a paragraph or two that describes the story arc for this season.

    Translations

The label and synopsis are the primary items requiring translation for a season. Remember that you can force a machine translation by clearing out the contents of any field in any language.

Publication Status The publication status for the season represents the current state of the season. If the season is not yet published, but the project has been published, then the project will appear on the site as "coming soon". Depending on how you are promoting your project, you may therefore have separate publication dates for your project and the first season.
Publication Date On what date and time (UTC) should this season go live (or when did this season go live, if already live)?

This form enables you to manage the availability of your project. There are two core aspects to availability: When you want something to be available and for whom it should be available.

All times in our platform are UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). If you are looking for a specific launch time in your own timezone, you will need to do some timezone math. Keep in mind that UTC has no summer time, so particular care needs to be taken when you are scheduling a launch with a daylight savings time change between now and your launch time.

You may also limit who can watch your project through the creation of geo-fencing rules.

Keep in mind that UTC has no summer time, so particular care needs to be taken when you are scheduling a launch with a daylight savings time change between now and your launch time.

The launch time you specify here determines only when the series page shows up on the site. You must also specify individual launch times for each season and episode.

You may also limit who can watch your project through the creation of geo-fencing rules.

Publication Status The publication status indicates whether or not your project is ready to go live (if it is not yet live), if it is already live, or whether it is simply offline or permanently archived. A project begins its life "In Progress", and then becomes "Ready" once all required information has been entered. Only "Ready" projects may be scheduled for publication. Once the project goes live, it becomes "Published". Projects may be temporarily removed from the catalog by setting their status to "Offline". To forever remove a project from our catalog, it must be "Archvied". An "Archived" project is one in which we have the bare information necessary for historical tracking. We do not retain the media assets and the project may no longer be published on the platform.
Publication Time What time/date (UTC) would you like the project to go live on our platform?

    Geographic Restrictions

You may define rules for blocking content access to your project based on the location of the viewer. If you decide to block access, you must start with either a "Require" rule or a "Deny" rule. Do not use "Allow" rules, except to create exceptions to one or more of your "Require" or "Deny" rules.

    Add a Geographic Restriction

Select an action and then the geographic region to which it should apply. You must have a REQUIRE or DENY rule defined before adding any exceptions via an ALLOW rule.
What happens when a person from the selection country/region tries to access the content? REQUIRE means that a person MUST come from this country/region. DENY means that any person from that country/region is rejected. ALLOW for a country will override a DENY in for the region in which that country is located.
You may define geo blocking rules at the country level or at the larger regional level (for example, the continent or the EU).
Country Type in the name of the country you want this rule applied to. You may specify multiple countries.
Continent/Region Type in the name of the content or region you want this rule applied to. Valid regions include: European Union, Latin America, The Americas. You may specify multiple regions.
State/Province Type in the name of the state or province you want this rule applied to. You may specify multiple states and provinces.

The legal name is the name on the bank account to which any revenue will be transferred. It should match the name in the bank account exactly. We do not display this value on the public web site.
The common name is the name you wish shown on the public web site along with your projects. If you have a formally incorporated studio, then this is probably the name of the studio. Otherwise, it can be any made up name you like or even your name as a person.
Legal Entity What is the legal entity that has the business relationship with us? If you have a formally incorporated studio, then you are a "Company" or a "Non-Profit", depending on how you incorporated. Otherwise, you are an individual. While it is unlikely you are the U.S. government, you should select "U.S. Government" if you are.
Country of Operation The country of operation is the country in which your bank account is located. Before we can do any form of revenue sharing, you will have to satisfy the "Know Your Customer" requirements for this country.
Your "business address" is the official address of your business (if you are a company) or your personal address (if you are an individual). It should match the address associated with the bank account you are connecting to this studio.

State/Province The state or province where your business address is located.

    Dialog/Subtitles

File Location Select the location where your file is currently stored. If it is on your computer, then select "My Computer". If it is in Dropbox or Google Drive, you can select any file from those services and we can securely transfer without you giving us any special access to your cloud storage accounts. You may also select "URL" and manually enter a URL. If you select URL, you must make sure that the file is accessible (because the content is public or the URL is a secure, temporary URL).
Does this video have any dialog? Check yes if your video include any dialog
Open Captions We look for OPEN CAPTIONS (captions embedded in the video stream), CLOSED CAPTIONS (captions you upload as a separate file), and SUBTITLES (translations in a separate file). This question is about OPEN CAPTIONS. Specifically, in what languages do you have embedded captions? Most video files have at most one set of open captions, typically the same language as the source video. Best practice is: open captions for in-person screenings, closed captions for online screenings. We will ask you for closed captions later in the process.
If you have the URL where the video itself is located (not an embed page) and the URL is publicly accessible, you may enter it here. This approach works in very limited circumstances. You CANNOT use it to download shared links from Google Drive or videos from Vimeo and YouTube.

Please provide a bank account for receiving payouts. The account must match the seller information you provided (country and currency). We do not store your bank account information on our servers. Instead, we securely send it to Stripe where it is stored for payouts.
