There's discord in the Fong Asian crime syndicate when, Kong Feng, one of Fong's top lieutenants suspects fowl play from his cash collector, Billy. Meanwhile, the culprits precipitating the murderous epidemic convey a sign to Stone that they aren't afraid of him.

Back at the station, Stone takes ribbings from fellow cops followed by a head’s up from Lt. ‘Aio that Internal Affairs is snooping in Stone’s direction. Meanwhile in Chinatown Billy discovers Fong’s cash flow has a diverted route.
